About Cofar-AD Tablet
Cofar-AD Tablet provides the adult tablet version of Cofar-AD therapy — Dextromethorphan 10 mg (cough suppressant), Cetirizine 5 mg (non-sedating antihistamine) and Phenylephrine (decongestant). The tablet format is convenient for adults requiring multi-symptom cold and cough relief without the syrup volume.
Cetirizine is preferred over CPM for the adult tablet because of lower sedation. Used for combined cough, allergic rhinitis and congestion symptoms — typical of viral URI and allergic rhinitis with cough.
Cofar-AD Tablet is manufactured by Trumac Healthcare under WHO-GMP conditions. Available for monopoly-based PCD pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing.
