About Scarwise Gel
Scarwise Gel combines Extract Cepae (Onion) 0.1 g, Heparin Sodium 50 IU and Allantoin 0.01 g — the classical Contractubex-style anti-scar formulation.

Mechanism of Action
Extract Cepae (Allium cepa) has anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory effects on fibroblasts and reduces collagen production in scar tissue. Heparin Sodium softens scar tissue, increases water-binding capacity and improves elasticity. Allantoin promotes cell proliferation and keratin softening.
