About Fluticus Respules
Fluticus Respules contain Fluticasone Propionate 0.5 mg per 2 ml — an inhaled corticosteroid for asthma management. Fluticasone has higher topical anti-inflammatory potency than budesonide with lower systemic absorption.
Used for moderate-to-severe asthma maintenance therapy, particularly in children where Budesonide is inadequate.

Mechanism of Action

Adults: 1 respule twice daily by nebulisation. Children: 0.5–1 mg/day in divided doses. Rinse mouth after use.
