About Trusmile Tablet
Trusmile Tablet is a uniquely formulated dental-health combination of Folic Acid 1.5 mg, Lactic Acid Bacillus (Lactobacillus) 60 Million spores, Niacinamide 100 mg and Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10 mg. The blend addresses the nutritional and microbiome aspects of recurrent oral inflammation.
Deficiencies of folate, niacin and riboflavin are the commonest under-recognised causes of recurrent mouth ulcers, angular stomatitis (cheilitis), magenta-coloured tongue (glossitis) and Plummer-Vinson syndrome. The probiotic component restores oral and gut flora that compete with pathogenic Candida.

Mechanism of Action
Folic Acid is required for DNA synthesis and rapid turnover of the oral mucosal epithelium — its deficiency causes glossitis and recurrent ulcers. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) prevents pellagra-type stomatitis. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) prevents angular cheilitis and glossitis by supporting mucosal flavoproteins. Lactobacillus spores restore oral and gut microflora, inhibit Candida overgrowth and produce lactic acid and bacteriocins that suppress pathogenic organisms.
