Folisol-DHA Softgel is a premium pre-conception and antenatal nutritional softgel providing the bioactive folate L-Methylfolate 1 mg (5-MTHF), Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg (active B12), Pyridoxal 0.5 mg (active B6) and DHA 200 mg.

Mechanism of Action
L-Methylfolate (5-MTHF) is the active, body-ready form of folate that directly donates methyl groups for DNA synthesis and homocysteine remethylation — bypassing the MTHFR conversion step. Methylcobalamin (active B12) is the cofactor for methionine synthase. Pyridoxal (active B6) supports homocysteine clearance and neurotransmitter synthesis. DHA accumulates in foetal brain and retinal phospholipids from week 20 onwards.
