About Pilofast-S Cream
Pilofast-S Cream combines Lidocaine 4% with Metronidazole 1% — for anal fissures with bacterial colonisation, post-surgical wound infection, and infected haemorrhoids. Higher Lidocaine concentration provides longer-lasting pain relief.
