About Trutonix Injection
Trutonix Injection is a comprehensive parenteral multivitamin combination providing fat-soluble (A, D3, E) and water-soluble (B-complex, C) vitamins in a single ampoule. The formula is therapeutically equivalent to MVI-Elder injection.
It is used in patients with vitamin deficiencies, malabsorption syndromes, prolonged parenteral nutrition, post-operative recovery, convalescence after major illness and in patients unable to take oral supplements.

Mechanism of Action
Each vitamin acts on its specific metabolic pathway: Thiamine (B1) for decarboxylation reactions and prevention of Wernicke encephalopathy; Pyridoxine (B6) for transamination and neurotransmitter synthesis; Riboflavin (B2) for flavoprotein respiration; Nicotinamide (B3) for NAD/NADP redox; D-Panthenol (B5) for CoA synthesis; Vit A for vision and epithelium; Vit D3 for calcium homeostasis; Vit E as antioxidant; Vit C for collagen and immune function.
