About Ofrut Eye Drops
Ofrut Eye Drops contains Ofloxacin 0.3%, a second-generation fluoroquinolone with broad-spectrum activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative ocular pathogens.

Mechanism of Action
Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV, preventing DNA replication and producing bactericidal effect against a broad spectrum of ocular pathogens.
Dosage & Administration
['1 drop every 2–4 hours initially for 2 days', 'Then 4 times daily for 5 more days', 'Apply pressure to inner canthus', 'Use under medical supervision']
