About Cenab-Plus Cream
Cenab-Plus Cream combines three antimicrobial actives: Ofloxacin 0.75% (fluoroquinolone), Ornidazole 2% (nitroimidazole) and Itraconazole 1% (azole antifungal). This triple combination provides broad-spectrum coverage of aerobic gram-negative/gram-positive bacteria, anaerobes and dermatophytic fungi — useful for diabetic foot infections, infected wounds, mixed-flora skin lesions and complicated infected eczema.
Particularly suited to wound care in diabetic and immunocompromised patients where bacterial-fungal-anaerobic superinfection is common. Use should be guided by clinical assessment as inappropriate broad-spectrum topical use can promote resistance.

Mechanism of Action
Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase. Ornidazole is reduced in anaerobic organisms to reactive nitro radicals damaging DNA. Itraconazole inhibits fungal CYP51, blocking ergosterol biosynthesis.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin layer to affected area twice daily after cleansing. Use for 2–4 weeks based on clinical response.
Side Effects
Local burning, irritation, dryness, occasional contact dermatitis. Photosensitivity (ofloxacin).

Hypersensitivity to any component. Application to large open wounds (systemic absorption). Pregnancy (Itraconazole). Children (caution).
