About Panor-O Tablet

Mechanism of Action
Pantoprazole irreversibly inhibits gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) — markedly suppressing both basal and stimulated acid secretion. Ondansetron is a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist that blocks serotonin-mediated emesis.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet once or twice daily.
Side Effects
Headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain. Long-term: B12 deficiency, hypomagnesaemia, fracture risk. Constipation, headache, QT prolongation (Ondansetron).
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity. Caution in severe hepatic impairment. QT prolongation, hypersensitivity to 5-HT3 antagonists.
