About Abonil Lotion 100 ml
Abonil Lotion combines Permethrin 5% with Cetrimide 0.01% — scabicide with added antiseptic. Lotion format easier for large body surface application than cream.

Mechanism of Action
Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid — disrupts sodium channels in arthropod nerve/muscle causing paralysis and death of mites and lice. Low mammalian toxicity due to rapid metabolism. Cetrimide adds antibacterial activity reducing secondary infections.
Dosage & Administration
Apply to entire body (neck down), leave 8–14 hours, wash off. Repeat after 7 days.

Local irritation, transient pruritus, dryness.

Hypersensitivity, infants below 2 months, broken skin large areas.
