About Razium-IT Capsule
Razium-IT Capsule provides Rabeprazole 20 mg + Itopride 150 mg in SR form — extended-release prokinetic with PPI for once-daily GERD therapy.

Mechanism of Action
Rabeprazole irreversibly inhibits gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) — markedly suppressing both basal and stimulated acid secretion. Faster onset (within 1 hour) and less CYP2C19 dependence than Omeprazole. Itopride SR provides 24-hour prokinetic action.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 capsule once daily.
Side Effects
Headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain. Long-term: B12 deficiency, hypomagnesaemia, fracture risk, C. difficile colitis.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity. Caution in severe hepatic impairment.
