About Razium-LS Capsule
Razium-LS Capsule combines Rabeprazole 20 mg with Levosulpiride 75 mg — for refractory GERD with anxiety/somatic features. Levosulpiride has prokinetic + mild anxiolytic effects.

Mechanism of Action
Rabeprazole irreversibly inhibits gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) — markedly suppressing both basal and stimulated acid secretion. Faster onset (within 1 hour) and less CYP2C19 dependence than Omeprazole. Levosulpiride is selective D2 antagonist with prokinetic and anxiolytic effects.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 capsule once daily.
Side Effects
Headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain. Long-term: B12 deficiency, hypomagnesaemia, fracture risk, C. difficile colitis. Hyperprolactinaemia, extrapyramidal symptoms.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity. Caution in severe hepatic impairment. Prolactinoma, Parkinson's disease.
