About Nasoway Respules
Nasoway Respules provide Sodium Chloride saline solution for nebulisation — used to thin and clear mucus in bronchiolitis, cystic fibrosis, and viscid mucus conditions. Also used as diluent for other nebulised drugs.

Mechanism of Action
Saline inhalation hydrates respiratory mucus reducing viscosity and improving mucociliary clearance. Hypertonic saline draws water into airway surface liquid via osmotic effect — particularly useful in cystic fibrosis.

Nebulise 1 respule via mask 2–4 times daily, alone or with other respules.
Side Effects
Mild cough, throat irritation. Bronchospasm with hypertonic forms (pre-treat with bronchodilator).
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity. Caution with hypertonic in asthma without prior bronchodilator.
