About Cenab Cream
Cenab Cream is a triple-action topical preparation combining Neomycin (antibacterial), Beclomethasone Dipropionate (topical corticosteroid) and Clotrimazole (antifungal). It is used for inflammatory skin conditions complicated by both bacterial and fungal infection — particularly infected eczematous dermatitis and intertrigo.
The combination addresses bacterial superinfection, fungal overgrowth and the inflammatory itch-scratch cycle simultaneously. Most appropriate for short-term initial control of complex superinfected skin lesions, transitioning to specific monotherapy once predominant pathology is identified.

Mechanism of Action
Neomycin is an aminoglycoside that binds 30S bacterial ribosomes, inhibiting protein synthesis (effective against gram-negative and many gram-positive organisms). Beclomethasone is a topical corticosteroid suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines. Clotrimazole inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal membranes.
