About Cofar-AD Syrup (100ml)
Cofar-AD Syrup combines four respiratory actives: Dextromethorphan 10 mg (cough suppressant), Ambroxol 15 mg (mucolytic), Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg (antihistamine) and Phenylephrine (decongestant) per 5 ml. The quadruple action addresses cough reflex, mucus, allergic component and nasal congestion simultaneously — comprehensive cough-cold therapy.
Used for productive-then-dry cough in URIs, allergic cough with congestion, and post-viral persistent cough with nasal symptoms. The combination is particularly useful in adolescents and adults; paediatric use requires careful weight-based dosing.

Mechanism of Action
