About Eploron-25 Tablet
Eploron-25 Tablet contains Eplerenone 25 mg — a selective aldosterone receptor antagonist (MRA) with significantly lower endocrine side effects than spironolactone (gynaecomastia, menstrual irregularities). Used for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), post-MI cardiac dysfunction and resistant hypertension.
Eplerenone provides cardiovascular mortality benefit in HFrEF beyond standard ACE inhibitor/ARB + beta-blocker therapy. The 25 mg dose is the starting dose, typically titrated to 50 mg/day.

Mechanism of Action
