About Panor-LS Capsule
Panor-LS Capsule combines Pantoprazole 40 mg with Levosulpiride 75 mg — for refractory GERD with anxiety/somatic features, functional dyspepsia, and patients with mood disorder comorbidity. Levosulpiride has prokinetic + mild anxiolytic effects.

Mechanism of Action
Pantoprazole irreversibly inhibits gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) — markedly suppressing both basal and stimulated acid secretion. Levosulpiride is selective D2 antagonist with prokinetic action and mild anxiolytic effects.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 capsule once daily.
Side Effects
Headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain. Long-term: B12 deficiency, hypomagnesaemia, fracture risk. Hyperprolactinaemia, extrapyramidal symptoms (Levosulpiride).
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity. Caution in severe hepatic impairment. Prolactinoma, Parkinson's disease.
