About Tusar-25 Tablet
Tusar-25 Tablet contains Losartan Potassium 25 mg — the starting dose of this first-generation angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). Used for hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, and stroke prevention in hypertensive patients with LVH.
Losartan is the most cost-effective ARB with strong evidence base (LIFE, RENAAL, ELITE-II trials). Particularly useful in patients with diabetic nephropathy due to renoprotective effects independent of BP lowering.

Mechanism of Action
