About Diclorut-MR Forte Tablet
Diclorut-MR Forte combines fast-acting Diclofenac Potassium 50 mg (NSAID), Paracetamol 325 mg (antipyretic-analgesic) and Chlorzoxazone 500 mg (double-strength centrally-acting muscle relaxant) in one tablet.
The triple combination targets inflammatory pain, central analgesia and reflex muscle spasm in severe acute low-back pain, cervical spondylosis with prominent spasm, traumatic injury and post-operative musculoskeletal pain.

Mechanism of Action
Diclofenac Potassium inhibits COX, reducing prostaglandin synthesis at inflammatory sites. The potassium salt has faster onset than the sodium salt. Paracetamol acts centrally on hypothalamic prostaglandin synthesis. Chlorzoxazone depresses polysynaptic spinal reflexes at higher centres, producing skeletal-muscle relaxation without affecting voluntary contractility.
