About Ebanex-M Tablet
Ebanex-M Tablet combines Ebastine 10 mg (non-sedating antihistamine) with Montelukast 10 mg (leukotriene receptor antagonist). The combination provides 24-hour control of both histamine and leukotriene pathways.
It is positioned for patients with allergic rhinitis with concomitant asthma, perennial allergic airway disease and chronic urticaria with bronchospastic features.

Mechanism of Action
Ebastine (via carebastine) selectively blocks H1 receptors, controlling histamine-driven allergic symptoms. Montelukast antagonises CysLT1 receptors, blocking leukotriene-mediated bronchoconstriction, mucus secretion and eosinophilic inflammation. The dual blockade addresses both pathways.
