About Fungimac-Plus Cream
Fungimac-Plus Cream is a triple-action topical preparation combining Clotrimazole 1% (antifungal), Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% (Class I super-potent corticosteroid) and Neomycin 0.5% (aminoglycoside antibiotic) — the Ringout-Plus formulation from Mankind.
It is indicated for inflammatory infected dermatoses where bacterial, fungal and inflammatory components all contribute — such as severe eczema with secondary infection, inflamed tinea infections, and infected dermatitis. Short-course use only (max 2 weeks).

Mechanism of Action
Clotrimazole inhibits fungal ergosterol biosynthesis. Clobetasol Propionate is a super-potent (Class I) topical corticosteroid that strongly suppresses local inflammation via lipocortin induction. Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial 30S ribosomal protein synthesis, covering Gram-negative and many Gram-positive skin pathogens.
