About Phytorut-130 SB Capsule
Phytorut-130 SB Capsule contains Itraconazole 130 mg (Super Bioavailability Technology). Itraconazole is a triazole antifungal effective against dermatophytes, yeasts and dimorphic fungi, and is the established treatment for recalcitrant tinea and onychomycosis.
Indicated for tinea infections, onychomycosis, candidiasis and other tinea-spectrum dermatophyte infections.

Mechanism of Action
Itraconazole is a triazole antifungal that inhibits cytochrome P450-dependent 14-α-demethylase, blocking the conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol. The depletion of ergosterol and accumulation of toxic methylated sterol precursors disrupts fungal cell membrane integrity. Broad spectrum activity against dermatophytes, yeasts and dimorphic fungi.
