About Tclop-75 Tablet
Tclop-75 Tablet provides Clopidogrel 75 mg — second antiplatelet in dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) post-PCI, post-MI, and post-stroke. Alternative to aspirin in aspirin-intolerant patients.

Mechanism of Action
Clopidogrel is a thienopyridine antiplatelet — irreversibly blocks platelet P2Y12 ADP receptor preventing platelet aggregation. CYP2C19-dependent activation (poor metabolizers have reduced efficacy).
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 75 mg once daily. Loading dose 300–600 mg for acute coronary syndrome.
Side Effects
Bleeding, bruising, GI upset, rash, rare TTP.
Contraindications & Precautions
Active bleeding, severe hepatic impairment, CYP2C19 poor metabolizers (reduced efficacy).
