About Dicofer-50 Tablet
Dicofer-50 Tablet contains Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg — the standard NSAID dose for adult pain and inflammation. Used for musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, dysmenorrhoea, post-operative pain and other acute pain conditions.

Mechanism of Action
Diclofenac non-selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), blocking prostaglandin synthesis from arachidonic acid. Reduces inflammation, pain and fever.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 50 mg three times daily. Maximum 150 mg/day. Take with food to minimise GI upset.
Side Effects
GI upset, dyspepsia, peptic ulceration, hypertension, fluid retention, cardiovascular risk with long-term use.
Contraindications & Precautions
Active peptic ulcer. Severe heart failure. Severe renal/hepatic impairment. Aspirin-triggered asthma. Pregnancy third trimester.
