About Diclorut-Spas Tablet
Diclorut-Spas Tablet combines Diclofenac 50 mg (NSAID), Paracetamol 325 mg (analgesic) and Dicyclomine 20 mg (anticholinergic smooth-muscle antispasmodic).
It is widely prescribed for menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea), intestinal colic, renal colic, biliary colic and any pain syndrome with prominent smooth-muscle spasm.

Mechanism of Action
Diclofenac inhibits COX, reducing prostaglandin-mediated pain. Paracetamol acts centrally on pain and fever. Dicyclomine is a tertiary-amine anticholinergic that blocks muscarinic M3 receptors on smooth muscle, reducing visceral spasm without the systemic atropine-like effects of older agents.
