About Truparin-60 PFS

Indications

Mechanism of Action
Enoxaparin is a low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) — binds antithrombin III preferentially inhibiting Factor Xa. Predictable pharmacokinetics with subcutaneous use, less monitoring needed than UFH, lower HIT risk.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 mg/kg SC every 12 hours.
Side Effects
Bleeding, injection site reactions (haematoma), thrombocytopenia (rare HIT), hyperkalaemia.
Contraindications & Precautions
Active bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia, history of HIT, severe uncontrolled hypertension.
