About Gabacam-D Ointment
Gabacam-D Ointment combines Gabapentin 8% with Diclofenac 4% and Menthol for topical application in localised neuropathic pain. Provides local analgesia without systemic Gabapentin side effects.
Useful for post-herpetic neuralgia residual pain, focal diabetic neuropathy, and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy where systemic therapy is inadequate or contraindicated.

Mechanism of Action
Topical Gabapentin acts locally on peripheral nociceptive terminals. Diclofenac inhibits local COX-1/2 reducing inflammation. Menthol activates TRPM8 cooling receptors providing additional analgesic effect.
