About Ganomac-1 Tablet
Ganomac-1 Tablet provides Granisetron 1 mg orally — for prevention of chemotherapy-induced and post-operative nausea/vomiting, and for delayed emesis management when IV no longer needed.
Long half-life (9 hours) enables once or twice daily dosing — distinguishing it from Ondansetron’s twice/thrice daily requirement.

Mechanism of Action
