About Natamust Eye Drops
Natamust Eye Drops contains Natamycin 5% w/v, a polyene antifungal — the gold-standard topical treatment for fungal keratitis caused by Fusarium, Aspergillus, Candida and Curvularia species.

Mechanism of Action
Natamycin is a polyene macrolide antifungal. It binds ergosterol in the fungal cell membrane, forming pores that disrupt membrane integrity and allow leakage of intracellular contents. Particularly effective against filamentous fungi.
