About Oxywise-400 Tablet
Oxywise-400 Tablet provides Pentoxifylline 400 mg — for intermittent claudication, chronic venous insufficiency, diabetic vascular disease, and tinnitus from vascular causes. Improves RBC deformability and reduces blood viscosity.

Mechanism of Action
Pentoxifylline is a methylxanthine derivative that improves RBC deformability, reduces blood viscosity, decreases platelet aggregation, and reduces TNF-α production. Net effect: improved microcirculation in ischaemic tissues.

Adults: 400 mg three times daily with meals.
