About Sacuvon-100 Tablet
Sacuvon-100 Tablet contains Sacubitril and Valsartan 100 mg (49 mg + 51 mg). The Sacubitril/Valsartan combination (ARNI) revolutionised heart failure treatment — the PARADIGM-HF trial showed 20% reduction in CV death and HF hospitalisation vs Enalapril.
Indicated for chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) as replacement for ACE inhibitor / ARB therapy. Initiated after stable on conventional HF therapy.

Indications
- Chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF)
- HFrEF NYHA class II–IV
- HF with reduced ejection fraction unsuitable for further ACE inhibitor
Mechanism of Action
Sacubitril is a prodrug for the active neprilysin inhibitor LBQ657, which increases natriuretic peptide levels (ANP, BNP) — promoting natriuresis, vasodilation and reduced cardiac remodelling. Valsartan provides standard AT1 receptor antagonism. The combined ARNI mechanism gives superior heart-failure outcomes vs ACE inhibitors alone.
Dosage & Administration
