Neocam-BS Sprinkling Powder is a triple antibiotic powder combining Sulphacetamide 60 mg (sulphonamide), Neomycin 5 mg (aminoglycoside) and Bacitracin 250 IU (polypeptide antibiotic). The powder vehicle absorbs moisture and provides broad antibacterial coverage.

Mechanism of Action
Sulphacetamide inhibits bacterial folate synthesis. Neomycin (aminoglycoside) binds the 30S ribosome and inhibits protein synthesis with broad Gram-negative coverage. Bacitracin inhibits bacterial cell-wall synthesis with strong Gram-positive activity. Together they provide broad antibacterial cover, and the powder absorbs wound exudate.
