About Ticaron-ASP Kit
Ticaron-ASP Kit is a 7-day dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) blister pack containing 14 tablets Ticagrelor 90 mg (twice daily) and 7 tablets Aspirin 75 mg gastro-resistant (once daily) — improving adherence in post-ACS patients.
Indicated for dual antiplatelet therapy post acute coronary syndrome (STEMI/NSTEMI) for 12 months as per PLATO trial protocol.

Mechanism of Action
Ticagrelor reversibly blocks P2Y12 ADP receptors. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits COX-1 in platelets, preventing thromboxane A2 generation. Dual antiplatelet provides synergistic prevention of atherothrombotic events. Gastro-resistant aspirin coating reduces GI side effects.
