About Vogrem-0.3 Tablet
Vogrem-0.3 Tablet contains Voglibose 0.3 mg Mouth Dissolving. Voglibose is a mouth-dissolving alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that delays carbohydrate absorption at the brush border, controlling post-prandial glucose spikes.
Indicated for type-2 diabetes mellitus with prominent post-prandial hyperglycaemia, particularly in Indian/Asian patients with carbohydrate-rich diets.

Mechanism of Action
Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that binds to the alpha-glucosidase enzymes in the small intestinal brush border, delaying the breakdown of disaccharides and oligosaccharides — flattening the post-prandial glucose peak. Most effective in patients with prominent post-prandial hyperglycaemia.
