About Levosac-25 Tablet
Levosac-25 Tablet provides Levosulpiride 25 mg orally — for functional dyspepsia, gastroparesis, GERD with delayed gastric emptying, and chronic nausea. Also used as low-dose anxiolytic in some indications.

Mechanism of Action
Levosulpiride is the levo-enantiomer of sulpiride — selective D2 receptor antagonist with prokinetic and antipsychotic (low-dose) effects. Enhances upper GI motility, accelerates gastric emptying, increases LOS tone.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 25 mg three times daily 15 minutes before meals.
Side Effects
Hyperprolactinaemia (galactorrhoea, gynaecomastia, menstrual irregularity), extrapyramidal symptoms (rare at low dose), drowsiness.
Contraindications & Precautions
Prolactinoma, pheochromocytoma, epilepsy, severe Parkinson's, breast cancer history.
