About Camylox-Plus Tablet
Camylox-Plus Tablet combines Camylofin 25 mg with Paracetamol 325 mg for the adult treatment of abdominal cramps with pain. It is widely used for biliary colic, renal colic, dysmenorrhoea, intestinal cramping and post-surgical visceral pain in adults.
Camylofin provides smooth-muscle relaxation through dual anticholinergic and musculotropic action, while its quaternary structure limits CNS penetration and central side effects. Paracetamol adds central analgesic and antipyretic action to address the pain and any associated fever.

Indications
- Biliary colic and gallbladder spasm

Mechanism of Action
Camylofin produces visceral smooth-muscle relaxation through quaternary anticholinergic action on M3 receptors and direct musculotropic effect. Paracetamol inhibits central COX, raising the pain threshold and lowering hypothalamic temperature set-point.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet three to four times daily, preferably before meals. Maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours (paracetamol limit). To be prescribed by physician.
Side Effects
Dry mouth, blurred vision, mild constipation, dizziness. Rare: urinary retention, hepatotoxicity at high paracetamol doses, hypersensitivity.

Hypersensitivity. Paralytic ileus. Severe hepatic impairment. Glaucoma. Obstructive uropathy. Concurrent paracetamol-containing medications.
