- Trichomonal vaginitis with mixed infection
Mechanism of Action
Clindamycin is lincosamide antibiotic targeting anaerobic bacteria including Gardnerella. Clotrimazole is imidazole antifungal targeting Candida. Combination treats mixed bacterial vaginosis and candidal vulvovaginitis. Metronidazole targets trichomoniasis.
Dosage & Administration
1 softgel vaginally at bedtime for 7 days.
