About Fluticus 10g Cream
Fluticus 10g Cream contains Fluticasone Propionate 0.05%, a potent (Class IV) topical corticosteroid. It provides strong anti-inflammatory action with a favourable safety profile due to rapid first-pass metabolism after percutaneous absorption.
It is indicated for atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, lichen planus, lichen simplex chronicus, psoriasis (excluding extensive plaques) and other steroid-responsive dermatoses.

Mechanism of Action
Fluticasone Propionate binds intracellular glucocorticoid receptors and induces lipocortin-1, blocking phospholipase A2 — suppressing prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis. Locally it reduces inflammation, vasodilation, immune-cell recruitment and keratinocyte proliferation. Class IV potency with low systemic absorption.
