About Fluticus Spray
Fluticus Nasal Spray contains Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% w/v, delivered as 100 metered doses (50 mcg per actuation) through a precision spray pump.
It is indicated for seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, non-allergic rhinitis with eosinophilia (NARES) and nasal polyposis. Fluticasone propionate has high topical anti-inflammatory potency and very low systemic bioavailability after intranasal use.

Mechanism of Action
Fluticasone Propionate is a synthetic trifluorinated glucocorticoid with potent topical anti-inflammatory activity. It binds intracellular glucocorticoid receptors and induces synthesis of lipocortin-1, suppressing phospholipase A2 and the arachidonic-acid inflammatory cascade. Nasal application provides high local concentrations with negligible systemic absorption.
