About Paradoz-MR4 Tablet
Paradoz-MR4 Tablet combines Thiocolchicoside 4 mg with Paracetamol 500 mg — for acute musculoskeletal pain with spasm, post-traumatic muscle injury, and acute low back pain.

Mechanism of Action
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) inhibits central COX-3 and COX-2 isoforms, also modulates endocannabinoid system — producing central antipyretic and analgesic action without significant peripheral anti-inflammatory effect. Safest analgesic in pregnancy and across all age groups. Thiocolchicoside is GABA-A partial agonist providing spinal muscle relaxation.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet 2–3 times daily for 5–7 days.
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated. Rare allergic reactions. Hepatotoxicity with overdose (>10 g acute or chronic high-dose with hepatic disease/alcoholism). Drowsiness, GI upset (Thiocolchicoside).
Contraindications & Precautions
Severe hepatic impairment, chronic alcoholism. Caution with concurrent paracetamol-containing products to avoid total >4 g/day. Pregnancy (Thiocolchicoside contraindicated).
