About Sofrawise Cream
Sofrawise Cream contains Fradiomycin (Neomycin Sulphate) — a topical aminoglycoside antibiotic with broad-spectrum activity against Gram-negative and many Gram-positive bacteria.

Mechanism of Action
Fradiomycin (Neomycin) is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that binds the 30S bacterial ribosome, inhibiting protein synthesis. Broad coverage of Gram-negative and many Gram-positive bacteria. Negligible systemic absorption through intact skin.
